संख्या का०आ० 75/के०अ० 16/1927/धा० 30/2023.- चूंकि, हरियाणा सरकार, पर्यावरण, वन और वन्यजीव विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या का०आ० 73/के०अ० 16/1927/धा० 29/2023, दिनांक 21 दिसम्बर, 2023 द्वारा इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णित कतिपय वन तथा बंजर भूमियाँ, भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 16) की धारा 29 के अधीन संरक्षित वन के रूप में घोषित की गई है;

इसलिए, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 30 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा,-

(क) उक्त संरक्षित वन में अथवा उस पर खड़े हुए अथवा उगाये गए सभी वृक्षों को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से आरक्षित घोषित करते हैं;

No. S.O. 75/C.A.16/1927/S.30/2023.— Whereas, vide Haryana Government, Environment, Forests and Wildlife Department, notification No. S.O. 73/C.A.16/1927/S.29/2023, dated the 21st December, 2023, certain forests and wastelands mentioned in the Schedule appended thereto have been declared to be protected forests under section 29 of the India Forest Act, 1927 (Central Act 16 of 1927);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 30 of the said Act, the Governor of Haryana hereby,–

(a) declares all trees standing or planted in or upon said protected forests, to be reserved with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazzette;

(b) closes the said protected forests for a period of thirty years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazzette and further declares that all rights of private persons, if any, over the said land shall be suspended during the said period; and(c) prohibits from the same date and for the aforesaid period, the quarrying of stone, or the burning of lime or charcoal, the collection, or subjection to any manufacturing process, or removal of, any forest produce in said protected forests and the breaking up or clearing for cultivation, for building, for herding cattle or for any other purpose, of any land in the said protected forests.
