As per discussions held during the Winter Session, 2023 on 15.12.2023 as well as 18.12.2023, regarding sexual harassment by the then Principal (Mr. Kartar Singh) of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Uchana Mandi (Jind), it was decided by the House that a fact-finding committee under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble School Education Minister be constituted to Investigate the said matter, for the period from 2005 to 2023 of all incidents mentioned/discussed in the House in its sittings on 15.12.2023 and 18.12.2023. The Committee will submit its report in the first meeting of the next Session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha. Accordingly, the Committee of the following chairman/Members is hereby constituted:- 1. Shri Kanwar Pal, Chairman Hon’ble School Education Minister 2. Shri Aseem Goel, MLA Member 3. Shri Bharat Bhushan Batra, MLA Member 4. Shri Amarjeet Dhanda, MLA Member
