संख्या 1/47/2023-1टी0सी0पी0.— सोनीपत महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 28) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से सोनीपत महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण की स्थापना करते हैं ।

No. 1/47/2023-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2023 (28 of 2023), the Governor of Haryana hereby establishes the Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
