संख्या 19/44/2023-6क ा.- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेष संख्या 19/44/2023-6क ा दिनांक 03.11.2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 20 वार्डों में से नगर निगम, मानेसर, जिला-गुरूग्राम की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
20 वार्डों में से वार्ड नम्बर 15, 16 व 20 अनुसूचित जाति से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 15 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होगा । वार्ड संख्या 9 पिछड़े वर्ग ''क'' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होगा जो पिछड़े वर्ग ''क'' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा तथा वार्ड संख्या 2, 3 14, 18 व 19 सामान्य महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 19/44/2023-6CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Order No. 19/44/2023-6CI dated 03.11.2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Corporation, Manesar, District Gurugram amongst 20 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely :-
Out of 20 wards, three wards viz ward numbers 15, 16 and 20 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 15 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 9 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', and the same also shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' Women. Out of remaining 15 wards, ward number 2, 3, 14, 18 and 19 shall be reserved for the General Women.
