संख्या 9/106/2023-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 10 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/106/2023-4क ाा, दिनांक 01 दिसम्बर, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देषों से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, सीवन, जिला कैथल के वार्डों का परिसीमन प्रकाषित करते हैं :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं0 1 :- नगरपालिका सीवन की उत्तरी सीमा पर स्थित कैथल-चीका मेन रोड से प्रारम्भ होकर मुरब्बा नं0 92 के किला नं0 1 से नगरपालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए मांण्डी सदरा रोड को पार करते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 120 के किला नं0 4 तक, तत्पष्चात नगरपालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 264 के किला नं0 24 तक, पत्पष्चात पष्चिम से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 264, 263, 262, 261, 260 की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ चलते हुए गोल्डी चटठा के घर तक, तत्पष्चात कैथल-चीका मेन रोड से उत्तर दिषा मे मुडकर मेन रोड के साथ चलते हुए मुरबा नं0 92 के किला नं0 1 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 2 :- कैथल-चीका मैन रोड से पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए कमल बैटरी वाले की दुकान से प्रारम्भ होकर मुरब्बा नं0 268, 267, 266 की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 265 के किला नं0 4 तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर से दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए नगरपालिका की दक्षिणी दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए फिरोजपुर रोड तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 265 के किला नं0 14 के पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए कैथल-चीका मैन रोड पर स्थित बलजीत की दुकान केे दक्षिण से उत्तर की तरफ मुडकर कमल बैटरी वाले की दुकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 3 :- कैथल-चीका मैन रोड़ पर स्थित बलजीत की दुकान से प्रारम्भ होकर मुरब्बा नं0 296, 297 की सीमा के साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 265 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 265 के किला नं0 17 के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 302 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 302 के किला नं0 7 से उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 302 के किला नं0 18 तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 302 के किला नं0 11 के उत्तर से दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ मुरब्बा 384 का किला नं0 21 तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 386 के किला नं0 21 तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 414 के किला नं0 1 तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए कैथल-चीका मैन रोड तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

(EXTRA.), DEC. 28, 2023 (PAUS. 7, 1945 SAKA) वार्ड नं0 4 :- नगरपालिका सीवन मे स्थित सरकारी अस्पताल से प्रारम्भ होकर पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए जलघर के सामने से होकर कैथल चीका मैन रोड तक, तत्पष्चात श्री धर्म कांटा के उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 413 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 413 के किला नं0 2 के पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 411 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 411 के किला नं0 4 के दक्षिण से उत्तर की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 371 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 371 के किला नं0 18 के पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए मैन रोड फर्षमाजरा तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 386 के किला नं0 4 के दक्षिण से उत्तर की तरफ चलते हुए हरिजन शमषान के सामने से होते हुए सरकारी अस्पताल तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 5 :- गुगा माडी केे उत्तर दिषा से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए डेरा साधू राम के सामने से होते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 392 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 392 के किला नं0 3 के पूर्व से नगरपालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 440 के किला नं0 7 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 440 के किला नं0 7 के दक्षिण से नगरपालिका की उत्तरी सीमा की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 322 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 322 के किला नं0 18 के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 328 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 329 के दक्षिण से उत्तर की चलते हुए डेरा फोजी के सामने से गुजरते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 313 तक, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 313 के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 312 पर मिलती है, तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा नं0 313 के उत्तर से दक्षित की तरफ चलते हुए बाबा नांगा रोड तक, तत्पष्चात बाबा नांगा रोड के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए हरिजन चौपाल के सामने से गुजरते हुए गुगा माडी रोड तक, तत्पष्चात मंगला राम मिडडा की दुकान के उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए गुगा माडी तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 7 :- डेरा गुरूनानक सर गोविन्दपुरा मुरब्बा न0. 280 से प्रारम्भ होकर पष्चिम दिषा से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए रणजीत सिह जोसन फार्म के सामने से गुजरते हुए राम सिहं राणा के बाई ओर गली से मुडते हुए तत्पष्चात उतर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए मुरब्बा न0. 291 के मध्य से गुजरते हुए तत्पष्चात पष्चिम से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए गुरूनाम सिहं के मकान से होते हुए तत्पष्चात संजीव कुमार के घर से पष्चिम से पूर्व की ओर निरन्तर चलते हुए आंगनबाडी के सामने से चलते हुए तत्पष्चात कैलाष रानी के घर के सामने से उतर से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए भरत सिहं राणा के घर से पष्चिम से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए तत्पष्चात बबीता के घर सामने से उतर से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए तत्पष्चात सुभाष के घर के सामने से उतर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए तत्पष्चात विद्या देवी के मकान से पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए कुलदीप सिहं के घर से पष्चिम से दक्षिण की ओर मुडते हुए तत्पष्चात परमजीत के घर से उतर से दक्षिण की तरफ जाते हुए तत्पष्चात सरोज रानी के घर के सामने से दक्षिण दिषा मे चलते हुए रमेष के घर से पूर्व से पष्चिम में चलते हुए तत्पष्चात रामेष्वर के घर से बाई तरफ मुडते हुए मुरब्बा न0. 330 व नागा बाबा आश्रम के सामने से चलते हुए व डेरा निर्मल सिहं के पीछे से चलते हुए तत्पष्चात मुरब्बा न0. 322 के किला न0. 23 से नगरपालिका सीवन की पश्चिमी सीमा के साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा न0 280 के किला नं0. 1 पर मिलते है। जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 8 :- सनातन धर्म मंदिर मोहल्ला में प्रताप सिहं के मकान से प्रारम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए तत्पष्चात पूर्णचंद वर्मा के घर से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए सतपाल शर्मा के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए बिटटु के आगे गली से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए सहसी चौपाल के दाई तरफ गली से दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ से चलते हुए धीरा राम के घर से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए तत्पष्चात सुरजीत कौर के मकान से दक्षिण की ओर मुडकर दलवीर सिहं मकान से मुडकर पष्चिम की दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए ताई केलो देवी के मकान से मुडकर पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए ऋषिपाल के घर के सामने से मुडकर उतर की तरफ चलते हुए बाल्मीकि धर्मषाला के दाई ओर मुडते हुए रमेष के घर के सामने से उतर की चलते हुए रवि के घर के सामने से मुडकर दक्षिण से पष्चिम और पष्चिम से उतर की तरफ चलते हुए प्रताप सिहं के मकान पर आकर मिल जाता है। जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 9 :- ओडो वाले मोहल्ले मे सोनू के घर प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए के तत्पष्चात महंगा सिंह के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए के तत्पष्चात पंडित कृष्ण मुरारी के मकान के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए धर्मपाल ओड के मकान के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए बचना सैनी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात बचना सैनी के मकान के उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए विक्की जाट के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात विक्की जाट के मकान के पूर्व से पष्चिम चलते हुए फूल सैनी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात फूल सैनी के मकान के उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए संजू सैनी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात संजू सैनी के मकान के पूर्व से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए तत्पष्चात तालाब के साथ-2 चलते हुए दक्षिण सेHARYANA GOVT. वार्ड नं0 10 :- उतर दिषा मे रामकुमार सैनी के घर से प्रारम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए कृष्णा के घर के सामने से मुड़कर दक्षिण से उतर दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात सुरेन्द्र के घर से मुडकर पष्चिम से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात सोनू के घर से मुडकर दक्षिण से उतर पूर्व दिषा मे चलते हुए संदीप के घर से मुड़कर उतर से दक्षिण पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात रामेष्वर के घर से मुड़कर पष्चिम से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात सतीष के पास वाली गली से मुड़कर दक्षिण से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए बीर सिंह के मकान से पष्चिम से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात कैथल-चीका मैन रोड़ से मुड़कर दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात धर्म कांटा वाली गली से मुड़कर पष्चिम दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात ष्याम लाल के घर से होकर सरकारी हस्पताल की तरफ चलते हुए, हस्पताल तिराहे से उतर की तरफ चलते हुए, तत्पष्चात सुभाष के घर के सामने वाली गली मे पूर्व दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए तालाब के साथ-साथ चलते हुए रामकुमार सैनी के घर पर वापिस आकर मिलती है। जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 11 ः- कैथल-चीका मैन रोड पर सौथा मोड से प्रारम्भ होकर उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए नगरपालिका कार्यालय के सामने से गुजरते हुए गउषाला के नजदीक से दक्षिण की चलते हुए दक्षिण की तरफ मुडकर जलदीप के घर तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए विक्रम सैनी के प्लाट तक, तत्पष्चात विक्रम सैनी के प्लाट के दक्षिण से उत्तर दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए जलघर तक, तत्पष्चात जलघर के दक्षिण से उत्तर की तरफ चलते हुए जोगी प्रजापत की दुकान तक, तत्पष्चात जोगी प्रजापत की दुकान के पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ सैनी की दुकान तक, तत्पष्चात सैनी की दुकान से दक्षिण से उत्तर की तरफ मुडकर पीपल चौंक से होते हुए सॉसाईटी बैंक तक, तत्पष्चात सॉसाईटी बैंक के पूर्व से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए रवि राणा के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात रवि राणा के मकान के दक्षिण से उत्तर की तरफ चलते हुए शनि देव मन्दिर के सामने से गुजरते हुए मैन सौथा रोड तक, तत्पष्चात मैन सौथा रोड के पष्चिम से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए कैथल-चीका मैन रोड पर स्थित सौथा मोड तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 9/106/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/106/2023-4CII dated 1st December, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Siwan, District Kaithal as specified in the schedule given below, namely.-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01 :- Starting from Kaithal-Cheeka Main Road located on the northern border of Municipal Committee Siwan. Mandi running along the western boundary of the municipality from Killa No. 1 of Murabba No. 92. Crossing Sadra Road till Killa No. 4 of Murabba No. 120 and then moving along the western boundary of the municipality till Killa No. 24 of Murabba No. 264 and then moving from west to east direction to Murabba No. 264, 263 262, 261. Running along the southern boundary of No. 260 till the house of Goldy Chattha, then turning north from Kaithal- Cheeka main road and moving along the main road till Killa No. 1 of Murba No. 92, which is the starting point.

Ward No. 02 :- Starting from the Kamal Battery Wale shop, moving from west to east from Kaithal-Cheeka Main Road and moving along the boundary of Murabba No. 268, 267, 266, Murabba No. 265. Till Killa No. 4, then moving from north to south, towards the southern part of the municipality. Moving towards Disha till Firozpur Road, then from east of Killa No. 14 of Murabba No. 265. Moving towards west, go from south to north of Baljeet's shop located on Kaithal-Cheeka main road. Turn towards Kamal Battery seller's shop, which is the starting point.

Ward No. 03 :– Starting from Baljeet's shop located on Kaithal-Cheeka Main Road, moving along the boundary of Murabba No. 296, 297 till Murabba No. 265 and then moving from west to east of Killa No. 17 of Murabba No. 265. Ward No. 16 :- Starting from Kaithal-Cheeka Main Road located on the northern border of the municipality and going south in the direction moving along Kaithal-Cheeka Road till Main Southa Road Maud, then moving in east- west direction along Main Southa Road passing in front of Geeta School along the unpaved road leading to Dera Jagir Singh. -Moving along till the western boundary of the municipality, then moving towards the north along the western boundary of the municipality, Murabba No. 86.
