संख्या 9/54/2023-4सी 2.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के आदेष संख्या 9/54/2023-4सी2 दिनांक 26 सितम्बर, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिकाओं में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 14 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, लोहारू, जिला भिवानी की सीटें आबंटित करते है, अर्थात् :-
14 वार्डों में से, 04 वार्ड अर्थात् वार्ड संख्या 01, 04, 05, और 08 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 01 और 05 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 06 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 02, और 11 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 9/54/2023-4C2.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department order No. 9/54/2023-4C2 dated 26th September, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Loharu, District Bhiwani amongst 14 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-
Out of 14 wards, 04 wards viz ward numbers 01, 04, 05, and 08 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 01 and 05 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women. Ward number 06 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' Women. Ward numbers 02, and 11 shall be reserved for the Women.
