संख्या 9/83/2023-4क 2 .-हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के आदेष संख्या 9/83/2023-4क2, दिनांक 7 नवम्बर, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगरपालिकाओं में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 32 वार्डो में से नगर परिषद, सिरसा, जिला-सिरसा की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
32 वार्डों में से, 07 वार्ड अर्थात् वार्ड संख्या 1, 2, 13, 28, 29, 30 और 32 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 1, 2 और 29 अनुसूचित जातियों की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 10, 22 तथा 26 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 22 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 8, 9, 17, 19, 21, 23 और 31 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित हाेंगे।

No. 9/83/2023-4C 2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department order No. 9/83/2023-4C 2 dated 7th November, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Council, Sirsa, District Sirsa amongst 32 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-
Out of 32 wards, 07 wards viz ward numbers 1, 2, 13, 28, 29, 30 and 32 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 1, 2 and 29 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women. Ward number 10, 22 and 26 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' , out of which ward number 22 shall be reserved for the member belonging to Backward Classes 'A' Women. Ward numbers 8, 9, 17, 19, 21, 23 and 31 shall be reserved for the Women.
