No. Leg. 3/2024.— The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 28th December, 2023 and is hereby published for general information:-

HARYANA ACT NO. 3 OF 2024

THE HARYANA PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023

ACT

further to amend the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventy-fourth Year of the

Republic of India as follows:-

1. This Act may be called the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2023. Short title.

2. In the Schedule to the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, after serial number 25 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be added, namely:-

Amendment of Schedule to Haryana Act 32 of 2006.

"26. Sanskaram University District Jhajjar".
