क्र. सं. 11/52-2000-पुरा/वॉल्यूम-।।/44-49.— चूंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की राय है कि संरक्षित संस्मारकों की संरक्षित सीमाओं से 15 मीटर तक और उससे आगे साथ लगते 30 मीटर तक के क्षेत्र को खनन संक्रियाओं और सन्निर्माण दोनों के प्रयोजनों के लिए क्रमषः प्रतिषिद्ध और विनियमित क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित किया जाना है;
इसलिए अब, हरियाणा प्राचीन तथा ऐतिहासिक संस्मारक तथा पुरातत्वीय स्थल तथा अवषेष नियम, 1965, के नियम 29 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न सूची में यथावर्णित क्षेत्रों को प्रतिषिद्ध और विनियमित क्षेत्रों के रूप में घोषित करने के अपने आषय की सूचना देते है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से साठ दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति के पष्चात, ऐसे आक्षेपों तथा सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हों, जो निदेषक, पुरातत्व तथा संग्रहालय विभाग, हरियाणा द्वारा अधिसूचना के प्रारूप के संबंध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व किसी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति से प्राप्त किए जाएं, पर विचार किया जाएगा।

Notification
The 5th January, 2024
No. 11/52-2000-pura/Vol-II/44-49.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana is of the opinion that the area up to 15 meters from the protected limits and further beyond it up to 30 meters adjoining these protected monuments has to be declared as prohibited and regulated area respectively for the purposes of both mining operations and constructions.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 29 of the Haryana Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1965, the Governor of Haryana hereby gives notice of his intention to declare the areas as mentioned in the list enclosed with this notification as prohibited and regulated.
Notice is hereby given that the draft notification shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Director, Archaeology and Museums, Department, Haryana, from any person interested with respect to the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified.
