पी॰ओ॰बी॰ संख्या 1347.- नीचे दिये गये विवरण में वर्गों के अनुसार राज्य के छः चुने हुये केन्द्रों नामतः अम्बाला, बहादुरगढ़, हिसार, रेवाड़ी, पानीपत तथा सोनीपत के अक्तूबर, 2023 के उपभोक्ता कीमत सूचकांक दिये गये हैं। इन सूचकांकों का प्रयोजन उन परिवर्तनों को मापना है जोकि आधार वर्ष 2016 पर श्रमिक वर्ग के घरेलू व्यय में दर्ज वस्तुओं एवं सेवाओं के उपभोक्ता (खुदरा) भावों को प्रकट करता है जैसा कि परिवार आय-व्यय सर्वेक्षण 2016 से पता चलता है।
2. इन सूचकांकों के संकलन में 217 से अधिक वस्तुओं/सेवाओं के साप्ताहिक खुदरा भावों को लिया गया है। POB No. 1347.—In the statement given below group-wise index numbers are given for six selected centres viz; Ambala, Bahadurgarh, Hisar, Rewari, Panipat and Sonipat for October, 2023. These indices aim at measuring the change over the Base Year 2016 in the Consumer (Retail) prices of Goods and Services that entered in domestic expenditure of working class as per Family Income-Expenditure Survey conducted in 2016. 2. For compilation of these indices, the weekly retail prices of more than 217 commodities/services are taken into account.

POB No. 1351.—In pursuance of Haryana Government Notification No. 7546-3-LAB-78/25638 dated the 4th September, 1970 and No. 3781-3-lab-72 dated the 2nd June, 1972 appointing `Director, Department of Economic & Statistical Affairs, Haryana as Competent Authority to ascertain from time to time the Working Class Cost of living Index Numbers and in exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 2 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. I hereby declare the Working Class Cost of Living Index Numbers from July, 2023 to December, 2023 in respect of Ambala, Bahadurgarh, Hisar, Rewari, Panipat, Sonipat, Yamunanagar, Faridabad and Gurugram Centres and for Haryana State as under:-
