No. 55/05/2022-1TE.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following Policy further to amend the Online Transfer Policy for Teaching Staff namely:-
1. This Policy may be called the Online Transfer Policy for Teaching Staff (1st amendment), 2023.
2. In the Online Transfer Policy for Teaching Staff rule 4C(3), shall be omitted.
