The applicant filed as under MV Act sec-166 to recover the compensation Rs. 50,00,000/- and MV Act sec-140 to recover the compensation Rs. 25,000/- as interim relief before this tribunal. Therefore The Guardian of Injured Person has file MACP claim No. 274/2019 through his Advocate against you oppo. 1 & 2 & 3 Insurance Company of your Vehicle in this MAC Tribunal, Bhavnagar.
