दिनांक 25 जनवरी, 2024

क्रमांक 1831.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की सन्तुष्टि की गई है जो कि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ जल जीवन मिषन के तहत 52 गांव के ढानिया ब्लाक नगीना व 8 गाँव पिनगवां जिला नूंह मेवात के भूमि अपेक्षित है। इसके लिए हरियाणा भूमिगत पाईप लाईन अधिनियम 2008 (भूमि में उपयोगकर्ता के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) की धारा-3 उपधारा (1) हरियाणा जनस्वास्थ्य अभियान्त्रिकी विभाग अधिसूचना संख्या 12.10.2023-2 पी०एच० दिनांक 22.03.2023 के द्वारा प्रकाषित की जा चुकी है।

यह घोषणा हरियाणी भूमिगत पाईप लाईन अधिनियम 2008 (भूमि में उपयोगकर्ता के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) की धारा-4 उपधारा (1) के उपबन्धों के अधीन व उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के तहत जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते है, को जारी की जाती है। जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर पलवल को अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव हरियाणा सरकार जन स्वास्थ्य अभियान्त्रिकी विभाग चण्डीगढ़ के ज्ञापन संख्या 12/10/2023-2पी०एच० दिनांक 29.03.2023 के माध्यम से भूमिगत पाईप लाईन अधिनियम 2008 की धारा-4 की उपधारा (1) के तहत अधिसूचना जारी करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया है।

भूमि के नक्षों का निरिक्षण जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर पलवल या कार्यकारी अभियन्ता जन स्वास्थ्य अभियान्त्रिकी मण्डल पुन्हाना के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

No. 1831.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that the land described in the specification below is needed by the Public Health Engineering Department, which is a part of Government of Hayana at public expenses, for public purpose, namely, laying of pipe line improvement of water supply in 52 No. villages and 5 No. Dhanies block Nagina & Pingwan District Nuh Mewat under Jal Jeevan Mission in District Palwal for which Haryana Government Notification the Land for Public Health Engineering Department Notification No. 12.10.2023-2FH 12-16-dated 22 March 2023 under Section 3 Sub-section (1) of THE HARYANA UNDERGROUND PIPELINES (ACQUISTION OF RIGHT OF USER IN LAND) ACT, 2008 has been published, It is hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is required for the aforesaid purpose.

This declaration is made under the provision of Section-4 and Sub-section (i) of THE HARYANA UNDERGFOUND PIPELINES (ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF USER IN LAND) ACT, 2008 for information of all to whom it may be concerned and under the provision of Section-7 of the above said Act. The District Revenue Officer-Cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Palwal has been authorized by the worthy Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Public Health Engineering Department, Chandigarh vide his office memo No. 12/10/2023- 12-10-201 2PH dated 29.03.2023 for issuance the notification for land acquisition under section (4) of Sub-section 1 of THE HARYANA UNDERGROUND PIPELINES (ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF USER IN LAND) ACT, 2008.

The Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the District Revenue Officer Cum Land Aacuisition Collector, Palwal or The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Punhana.
