संख्या 09/16/2024-4क2.— हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, जाखल मण्डी, जिला-फतेहाबाद के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है। इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, फतेहाबाद के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

वार्ड नं0 01 :- नगरपालिका की उतरी पष्चिमी सीमा पर सहेदा बलरा़ से आरम्भ होकर नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुये जय भोले राईस मिल की दिवार के साथ-साथ उग्रसैन के मकान के सामने से होते हुयेे दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये रोषन लाल धर्मषाला के आगे से होते हुयेे अनिल मैडिकोज बुडलाढा रोड के संगम तक, उक्त रोड़ के साथ-साथ बुडलाढा की ओर चलते हुये चुहलड बेरियर व नगर पालिका सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से सीमा के साथ-साथ उतर दिषा में चलते हुये सहेदा बलरा के कोने तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं0 02 ः- नगर पालिका की उतरी पष्चिमी सीमा पर सहेदा बलरा से आरम्भ होकर नगर पालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ जय भोले कोटन फैक्टरी के पूर्वी कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये कृष्ण के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे कौषल्या देवी के प्लाट के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे अमनदीप एडवोकेट के प्लाट के कोेने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये गमदुर के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुऐ उग्रसैन के मकान के सामने से होते हुयेे नगर पालिका की उतरी पष्चिमी सीमा तक सहेदा बलरा तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 03 :-, नगरपालिका सीमा पर बलरा मोड से आरम्भ होकर सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे बलरा रोड को पार करते हुयेे नगरपालिका सीमा के उतरी पूर्वी कोने तक, उक्त कोने से सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये कडेल बेरियल चण्डीगढ़ रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से कडेल चाैंक तक, कडेल चौंक से बुडलाढा रोड पर बुडलाढा की ओर चलते हुये पी.एन.बी. बैंक के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से बलरा की ओर चलते हुयेे मनोज सिंगला के मकान के

वार्ड नं0 05 :- चण्डीगढ़ रोड पर रमेष की दुकान से आरम्भ होकर पुर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये सुरजभान की दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे रामकुमार के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये सन्दीप गोयल की दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे चण्डीगढ़ रोड पर रमेष की दुकान के कोने तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 06 :- आर्य समाज मन्दिर के पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर मन्दिर के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये रमेष जिन्दल के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये अनाज मण्डी के भीम सैन के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर चलते हुये मण्डी के दक्षिणी गेट को पार करते हुयेे रेलवे स्टेषन की लाईन तक, उक्त लाईन से लाईन के साथ-साथ भटिण्डा की ओर चलते हुयेे एम.सी.ओ. आफिस के पीछे तक, उक्त स्थान से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये आर्य समाज मन्दिर के पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 07 :- चण्डीगढ़ रोड पर पुराना पुलिस थाने से आरम्भ होकर उक्त रोड पर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये कडैल चौक तक, उक्त चौक से फतेहाबाद रोड पर फतेहाबाद की ओर चलते हुये रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ रेलवे स्टेषन की ओर चलते हुये अनाज मण्डी के दक्षिणी गेट के सामने तक, उक्त स्थान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये भीम सैन के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर की ओर चलते हुये चण्डीगढ़ रोड पर पुराना पुलिसथाने तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 08 :-रेलवे लाईन पर सुरजीत के मकान के सामने वाली गली से आरम्भ होकर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ टोहाना की ओर चलते हुये नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से सीमा के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुऐ खन्ना राम के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त मकान के कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये जीताराम के मकान को पार करते हुयेे सुरजीत के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से सुरजीत वाली गली से रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 09 :- बीरबल के मकान के सामने वाली गली पर रेलवे लाईन से आरम्भ होकर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ टोहाना की ओर चलते हुये सुरजीत के मकान के सामने वाली गली तक, उक्त गली से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे सुरजीत के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये जीताराम के मकान के सामने से होते हुये नगर खेडा व नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से सीमा के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये जोगिन्द्र सिहं की दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे प्रताप सिहं के मकान के सामने से होते हुयेे बीरबल के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 10 :- धर्मपाल के मकान के सामने वाली गली पर रेलवे लाईन के संगम से आरम्भ होकर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ चलते हुये राजू, कमलजीत के मकान के सामने वाली गली के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे राजू के मकान को पार करते हुयेे जोगिन्द्र सिहं की दुकान व नगरपालिका की सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से नगर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ पष्चिम उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये अमृत वर्षा की दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे ष्याम लाल के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दर्षन सिहं के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुयेे धर्मपाल के मकान को पार करते हुये रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 11 :- नगरपालिका सीमा पर खेती की जमीन के बीच से होते हुये रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से रेलवे लाईन पर टोहाना की ओर चलते हुऐ धर्मपाल के मकान के सामने तक, उक्त स्थान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये दर्षन सिहं के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये अग्रवाल पीर खाना तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये सन्त दर्षन दास नगर पालिका के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ उतर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये नगरपालिका सीमा पर खेती की जमीन तक,जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 09/16/2024-4C II.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Jakhal Mandi, District- Fatehabad as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-
