संख्या 18/07/2022-3एफ.आई.सी.डब्ल्यू./24332.— हरियाणा के राज्यपाल गुणवत्ता आष्वासन प्राधिकरण की संरचना के सम्बन्ध में वित्त विभाग की पूर्व में जारी अधिसूचना संख्या 18/07/2022-3एफ.आई.सी.डब्ल्यू./24265 दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2023 की निरंतरता में अधिसूचना संख्या 18/07/2022-3एफ.आई.सी.डब्ल्यू./24265 दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2023 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संषोधन

हरियाणा सरकार के वित्त विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/07/2022-3एफ.आई.सी.डब्ल्यू./24265, दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2023 में खण्ड 4(ााा) में ''ऊपर के स्तर के'' शब्दों के बाद तथा ''अधिकारियों में से'' शब्दों के पहले ''सेवारत्त या सेवा निवृत्त'' जोड़े जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 30 जनवरी, 2024 से लागू होगी।

No. 18/07/2022-3FICW/24332.— In continuation of earlier notifications issued vide No. 18/07/2022- 3FICW/24265 dated 5th April, 2023 regarding constitution of Quality Assurance Authority, the Governor of Haryana pleased to makes the following amendments in the Finance Department, notification No. 18/07/2022- 3FICW/24265 dated 5th April, 2023 namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Finance Department, Notification No. 18/07/2022-3FICW/24265 dated 5th April, 2023 clause 4 (III), after the words "State Government amongst" and before the words "officer in the State" the words "serving or retired" shall be added.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 30th January, 2024.
