अधिसूचना

दिनांक 30 जनवरी, 2024

संख्या 2425.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत है कि सरकार द्वारा, सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ नामतः- गांव ढाणी जाटान, तहसील ऐलनाबाद, जिला सिरसा में, सिरसा से ऐलनाबाद रोड़ के निर्माण हेतु भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है। अतः यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि निम्न वर्णित परिक्षेत्र में उपरोक्त प्रयोजनार्थ भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है। उपरोक्त भूमि अधीग्रहण करने के लिए माननीय न्यायालय सिविल जज (सीनियर डिवीजन) ऐलनाबाद के फैसला दिनांक 06.10.2017 को आदेष हुए हैं।

यह अधिसूचना भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 11 (1) के उपबंधो के अधीन उन व्यक्तियों को जारी की जाती है जो इससे सम्बन्धित है।

पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस समय इस कार्य में लगे अधिकारियों को अपने कर्मचारियों व कामकारों सहित उक्त परिक्षेत्र में किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेष करके निरीक्षण व उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात सभी काम करने के लिए सहर्ष अधिकृत करते हैं।

कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसे उपरोक्त परिक्षेत्र में भूमि अर्जन करने पर कोई आक्षेप हो, तो इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन के 60 दिन के अंदर-अंदर अपने आक्षेप लिखित रूप में भूमि अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन व मार्ग शाखा) हिसार या कार्यकारी अभियंता प्रांतीय मण्डल नं० 2, लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन व मार्ग शाखा सिरसा) के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है। भूमि के नक्षों का निरीक्षण कार्यकारी अभियंता, प्रांतीय मण्डल नं० 2, लोक निर्माण विभाग भवन, तथा मार्ग शाखा, सिरसा के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस को किया जा सकता है।

No. 2425.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land is likely to be taken by the Government at public expense, for public purpose, namely Sirsa to Ellenabad road, in court case Anil V/s State of Haryana & Ors. ordered by Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ellenabad on dated 06.10.2017.

It is hereby notified that the land in locality, described below is likely to be acquired for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provisions of section 11(1) of land Acquisition Act. 2013 for information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officer, for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen, to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality, may within 60 days of the publication of this notification, file an objection in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, Hayana PWD B&R Br., Hisar or Executive Engineer, Provl. Division No. II, PWD B&R Br., Sirsa Plan of the land may be inspected in office of Executive Engineer, Provl. Division No. II, PWD B&R Br., Sirsa.
