हरियाणा सरकार पषुपालन एवं डेयरिंग विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 1 फरवरी, 2024 पषु संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोग निवारक एवं रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2009.
संख्या- 513(CFMS)-प0पा0-4-2024/682.— पषु संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोग निवारण एवं रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2009 (वर्ष 2009 का 27) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) तथा (2) के द्वारा प्रदत षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा कैथल जिले को अष्व प्रजाति के पषुओं में गलैंडर्स रोग से बचाव, नियन्त्रण के लिये एतद द्वारा 'नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र' घोषित किया जाता है तथा घोड़े, गधे, खच्चर व अष्व प्रजाति के अन्य पषुओं की, जहां वे इस जिले में रखे गये है, से किसी अन्य स्थान पर राज्य के अन्दर या बाहर आवाजाही को प्रतिबन्धित किया जाता है तथा कैथल जिले में इन पषुओं की दौड़, मेले, प्रदर्षनी, खेल के आयोजन तथा एकत्रित करने पर भी प्रतिबन्ध लगाया जाता है।

THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES
IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009
No. 513(CFMS)-AH-4-2024/682.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 6 read with Sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of "The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)", the Government of Haryana, hereby declares the District Kaithal as "controlled area" for restriction of movement of equine species (horses, donkeys, mules) within or outside the district and bordering States to prevent, control and contain the Glanders disease. The holding of races, fair, exhibition, games and gathering of such animals in Kaithal District is also prohibited.
