संख्या 6/73/2023-5क1.- हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, आदेष संख्या 6/73/2023-5क1, दिनांक 11 जनवरी, 2024 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 46 वार्डों में से नगर निगम, फरीदाबाद, जिला-फरीदाबाद की सीटें आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
46 वार्डों में से 05 वार्ड, वार्ड संख्या 12, 14, 33, 34 और 45 अनुसूचित जाति से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 33 व 45 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 06 व 46 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 06 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा तथा वार्ड संख्या 2, 5, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 25, 28, 30, 31, 37 व 43 सामान्य महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित हाेंगे।

No. 6/73/2023-5C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Order No. 6/73/2023-5C1 dated 11th January, 2024, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad, District - Faridabad amongst 46 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-
Out of 46 wards, 05 wards viz ward numbers 12, 14, 33, 34 and 45 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 33 and 45 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women. Ward numbers 06 and 46 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', out of which ward number 06 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' Women. Out of remaining 39 wards, ward numbers 2, 5, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 25, 28, 30, 31, 37 and 43 shall be reserved for the General Women.
