संख्या Misc-770/5917.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की राय में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट तथा इससे संलग्न नक्षेे में दर्षाया गया क्षेत्र निर्माण क्रियाओं के लिए संभाव्य है;

इसलिए, अब, हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 8) की धारा 2(ण) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए उक्त क्षेत्र को जिला पानीपत के नगरीय क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

अनुसूची

जिला पानीपत के गांव मोहाली (हदबस्त संख्या 23), कुराड़ (हदबस्त संख्या 22), जलालपुर-1 (हदबस्त संख्या 38), अत्तोलापुर (हदबस्त संख्या 39), बेहरामपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 40), बापौली (हदबस्त संख्या 54), षिमला गुजरान (हदबस्त संख्या 51), पसीना खुर्द (हदबस्त संख्या 49), पसीना कलां (हदबस्त संख्या 50), रसलापुर (हदबस्त संख्या 43), छाजपुर कलां (हदबस्त संख्या 42) और छाजपुर खुर्द (हदबस्त संख्या 41) के इर्द-गिर्द पानीपत शहरी क्षेत्र की सीमाओं की अनुसूची को ड्राईंग संख्या डी0टी0पी0 (पी0एन0) 591/23, दिनांक 04 अगस्त, 2023 के साथ पढ़ा जाए।

उतरः बिन्दु 'ए' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जहां मौजूदा नगर निगम, पानीपत की सीमाओं के इर्द-गिर्द शहरी क्षेत्र, पानीपत की सीमा गांव मोहाली (हदबस्त संख्या 23) की राजस्व सम्पदा की आयत संख्या 22 का उत्तर-पूर्वी कोने का मिलन बिन्दु है, तत्पष्चात्‌ पूर्व में गांव कुराड़ (हदबस्त संख्या 22) की उत्तरी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'बी' तक जो कि गांव कुराड़ (हदबस्त संख्या 22), गांव धनसोली (हदबस्त संख्या 28) और गांव सनौली कलां (हदबस्त संख्या 30) की राजस्व सीमा का मिलन बिन्दु है।

पूर्वः तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'बी' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए दक्षिण की ओर गांव कुराड़ (हदबस्त संख्या 22) की पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'सी' तक, जो कि गांव कुराड़ (हदबस्त संख्या 22), गांव जलालपुर-I (हदबस्त संख्या 38) और गांव झाम्बा (हदबस्त संख्या 34) की राजस्व सीमा का मिलन बिन्दु है। तत्पष्चात्‌ पूर्व की ओर बिन्दु 'डी' तक जो कि गांव जलालपुर- I (हदबस्त संख्या 38) की उत्तर-पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा तथा गांव रिषपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 36) की उत्तर-पष्चिमी राजस्व सीमा का मिलन बिन्दु है। तत्पष्चात्‌ दक्षिण की ओर गांव जलालपुर-I (हदबस्त संख्या 38), गांव अत्तोलापुर (हदबस्त संख्या 39), गांव बेहरामहपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 40), गांव बापौली (हदबस्त संख्या 54) की पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'ई' तक जो कि गांव बापौली (हदबस्त संख्या 54), गांव गोयला कलां (हदबस्त संख्या 60) और गांव भलौर (हदबस्त संख्या 53) की राजस्व सीमा का मिलन बिन्दु है।

(EXTRA.), FEB. 19, 2024 (MAGH. 30, 1945 SAKA) दक्षिणः तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'ई' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए पष्चिम की ओर गांव बापौली (हदबस्त संख्या 54), गांव षिमला गुजरान (हदबस्त संख्या 51), गांव पसीना खुर्द (हदबस्त संख्या 49) और पसीना कलां (हदबस्त संख्या 50), की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'एफ' तक जहां शहरी क्षेत्र पानीपत की सीमा गांव पसीना कलां (हदबस्त संख्या 50) की आयत संख्या 72 तथा मौजूदा नगर निगम, पानीपत की सीमाओं के इर्द-गिर्द शहरी क्षेत्र, पानीपत की सीमा से मिलती है।

पष्चिमः तत्पष्चात्‌ बिन्दु 'एफ' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए उत्तर की ओर मौजूदा नगर निगम, पानीपत की सीमाओं के इर्द-गिर्द शहरी क्षेत्र पानीपत की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए बिन्दु 'ए' तक जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है ।

टिप्पणः- 1975 के अधिनियम संख्या 8 की धारा 2 (ण) के अधीन आने वाले गांव (राजस्व सम्पदा) की सूची अनुबंध 'क' के रूप में सलंग्न है।HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. No. Misc-770/5917.— Whereas in the opinion of the Governor of Haryana, the area specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended thereto, has the potential for building activities;

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (o) of section 2 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act 1975 (8 of 1975), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said area to be an urban area of Panipat for the purposes of the said section namely:-

SCHEDULE

The Schedule of boundaries around village Mohali (Hadbast No. 23), Kurar (Hadbast No. 22), Jalalpur-I (Hadbast No. 38), Attaulapur (Hadbast No. 39), Behrampur (Hadbast No. 40), Bapoli (Hadbast No. 54), Shimla Gujran (Hadbast No. 51), Paseena Khurd (Hadbast No. 49), Paseena Kalan (Hadbast No. 50), Raslapur (Hadbast No. 43), Chhajpur Kalan (Hadbast No. 42) and Chhajpur Khurd (Hadbast No. 41) District Panipat to be read with Drawing No. D.T.P. (PN) 591/23, dated the 04th August, 2023.

North: Starting from point 'A' where existing urban area boundary around limits of Municipal Corporation, Panipat meets the North Eastern corner of the rectangle No. 22 of the revenue estate of village Mohali (Hadbast No. 23), thence moving towards East alongwith Northern revenue boundary of village Kurar (Hadbast No. 22) upto point 'B' which is the meeting point of revenue boundaries of village Kurar (Hadbast No. 22), village Dhansoli (Hadbast No. 28) and village Sanoli Kalan (Hadbast No. 30).

East: Thence starting from point 'B' moving towards South along the Eastern revenue boundary of village Kurar (Hadbast No. 22) upto point 'C', which is the meeting point of revenue boundaries of village Kurar (Hadbast No. 22), village Jalalpur-I (Hadbast No. 38) and village Jhamba (Hadbast No. 34), thence moving towards East upto point 'D' which is the meeting point of North-Eastern revenue boundary of village Jalalpur-I (Hadbast No. 38) and North-Western revenue limits of village Rishpur (Hadbast No. 36), thence moving towards the South along the Eastern revenue boundaries of village Jalalpur-I (Hadbast No. 38), village Attaulapur (Hadbast No. 39), village Behrampur (Hadbast No. 40) and village Bapoli (Hadbast No. 54) upto point 'E' which is the meeting point of the revenue boundaries of village Bapoli (Hadbast No. 54), village Goela Kalan (Hadbast No. 60) and village Bhalaur (Hadbast No. 53).

South: Thence starting from point 'E' moving towards the West along the Southern revenue boundaries of village Bapoli (Hadbast No. 54), village Shimla Gujran (Hadbast No. 51), village Paseena Khurd (Hadbast No. 49) and village Paseena Kalan (Hadbast No. 50) upto point 'F' where Urban Area Boundary meets the Rectangle No. 72 of the revenue estate of village Paseena Kalan (Hadbast No. 50) and boundary of existing Urban Area, Panipat around the limits of Municipal Corporation, Panipat.

West: Thence starting from point 'F' moving towards the North along the boundary of existing Urban Area, Panipat around the limits of Municipal Corporation, Panipat upto point 'A' which is the starting point.

Note: A list of village (Revenue Estates) falling under Section 2 (o) of the Act No. 8 of 1975 is

enclosed as Annexure-'A'.

List of villages of Urban Area, Panipat under section 2 (o) of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act 1975 (8 of 1975) is as under:
