No. 43 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer upon the following member of the H.C.S.(J.B.) the powers noted against her name to be exercised within the District mentioned in column No. 4 below with the condition that if the District and Sessions Judge of her place of posting feels the need and if she be called back for 3 months training, the powers of Judicial Magistrate First Class would have to be withdrawn :-
