संख्या 9/31/2024-4कII.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, पूण्डरी, जिला कैथल के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, कैथल के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

वार्ड नं0 01ः- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहां पर केन्दु पीर (7R2KGJKL9) के सामने पूर्व से पष्चिम की ओर राजा अग्रषेन मार्ग के साथ-साथ पाई रोड की तरफ चलते हुए जहा से राजा अग्रषेन मार्ग व पाई रोड को काटता है से उत्तर दिषा की ओर ब्रहमानन्द हस्पताल (7R9TV580) पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए, फतेह सिंह (7RVR9VA2) के मकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका की पष्चिम सीमा तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा में चादी सेठ वाली गली तक, उसके बाद पूर्व की तरफ बढ़ते हुए मैन पाई रोड तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ बढ़ते हुए बालाजी मार्बल (7RR52K27) की दुकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर हुडडा की बाउण्डरी के साथ-साथ चलते हुए मैन रोड हाबडी मोड तक, हाबडी मोड से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए केन्दु पीर (7R2KGJKL9) तक जोकि प्रारभिंक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 02ः- उस बिन्दू से आरंंभ होकर जहां केन्दु पीर (7R2KGJKL9) से पूर्व दिषा की ओर नगरपालिका की पूर्वी सीमा तक, उसके बाद पूर्व सीमा से दक्षिण दिषा की तरफ होते हुए ब्रहमानन्द व आदर्ष नगर कालोनी को कवर करते हुए सिकन्दर खेडी वाली सड़क तक, उसके बाद नगरपालिका की पूर्वी सीमा से पष्चिम दिषा की तरफ बरसाना वाली सड़क को काटते हुए 11 रूद्री मन्दिर (7RW6NKW6) से पष्चिम दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए अष्वनी पडिंत (7RLLD534) के मकान तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए अष्वनी पत्रकार के मकान के साथ-साथ चलते हुए रितेष (7REAFJ25) के मकान तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए सत्तु साईकल (7R4V7QK8) की दुकान तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की तरफ चलते हुए माता मन्दिर तक उसके बाद पूर्व दिषा में डी0ए0वी0 स्कूल (7RBV4JR0) तक उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा में सैनी स्वीटस (7RHY81AI) के साथ-साथ चलते हुए केन्दु पीर (7R2KGJKL9) तक जोकि प्रारभिंक बिन्दु है।

No. 9/31/2024-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Pundri, District Kaithal as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-

Ward No. 01:- Starting from the point where in front of Kendu Peer (7R2KGJKL9) , moving from east to west along Raja Agrashen Marg towards Pai Road, from where Raja Agrashen Marg and Pai Road intersect, in north direction till Brahmanand Hospital (7R9TV580) in west direction. Moving further, from Fateh Singh's house (7RVR9VA2), moving towards the west till the western boundary of the municipality, then moving towards the south till Chandi Seth WaliGali, then moving towards the east till Main Pai Road, then towards the south till Bala Ji Marbel (7RR52K27) Moving towards the east along with the boundary of HUDA, along the main road till Habri Mode, from Habri Mode moving towards north till Kendu Peer which is the starting point.
Ward No. 02:- Starting from the point where Kendu Peer (7R2KGJKL9) is located in the east direction till the eastern boundary of the Municipality, then from the eastern boundary towards the south till Sikandar Khedi road covering Brahmanand and Adarsh Nagar Colony, then the Municipality. Cutting the Barsana road from the eastern border towards the west, moving towards the west from 11 Rudri Mandir (7RW6NKW6) till the house of Ashwani Pandit (7RLLD534), then moving towards the north towards the house of Ashwani Journalist and moving towards Ritesh's house (7REAFJ25). Till the house, then walk towards the west till Sattu cycle shop (7R4V7QK8), then towards the north till Mata Mandir, then towards the east till DAV School (7RBV4JR0), then towards the north towards KenduPir (7R2KGJKL9), walking along Saini Sweets (7RHY81AI). Till Pir which is the starting point.
Ward No. 03:- From the point where in the eastern boundary of the municipality, from Dilawar's house (7R2KGJKL9), moving in westerly direction, cutting Barsana Road, from Jaswant's house (7RPVRKT2)to Ramesh Punjabi's house (7RVP3ND8), moving towards its south direction till Raje's house (7RHICARO), then From Ramkishan's house in the eastern direction to Rajindra's house (7RQ4N275), then towards the west till Giani's house (7R3LF7D5) and till the western boundary of the municipality which is the starting point.
Ward No. 04:- Starting from the point where the southern boundary of the municipality starts from Pai Road, moving in the north direction through Shiv Mandir (7RFUCGC7), in the north direction till Brahmanand Chowk, then in the east direction till KharangarhChapal (7RRG4CV8), then in the north direction till Ishwar's House. till, then in the easterly direction till the eastern bank of Panjawa (7REPCNG6), then in the southerly direction till the southern boundary of the municipality, then in the westerly direction till Man Kenchi Chain, which is the starting point.
Ward No. 05:- From the point where the southern boundary of the Municipality starts from Pai Road and Pilni Road along the western boundary of the Municipality and running in an easterly direction along the Community Center (7RA6JK0) till the house of Jagat Ram (7R29OPF3), then eastwards. Moving in the direction towards Ramlila Maidan, going northwards along with Pawan's house (7R6DWNT7) till Gopi Master's house, then eastwards till Raje's house, then southwards till Atmaprakash's house (7RVGUJL0), after that Moving between east-west direction, from Pai Gate Brahmanand Chowk to the south direction, which is the starting point.
Ward No. 06:- Where Pai Gate starts from Brahmanand Chonwk in the east direction till Bittu's shop (7RAMTPV0) and then in the north direction till Jai Singh's house as well as Harijan Chapal and then in the west direction till Kaake Valmiki's house and then in the north direction till Mata's house. Then till Gyan Verma's house, then in the west direction till Kalu's house, then in the north direction till Sudarshan Manager's house, then in the west till Balwant Rai's house, then till Harijan Chaupal (7RPGK073), then in the west direction till Isham Singh's house. Till which is the starting point.
Ward No. 08:- Starting from Rajeev's house (7RP31NF2), going in the east direction till Babal's house, then in the north direction along with Atma till Raje's house (7R2KGJKL9), then in the east direction till the last eastern end of the pond (7RODQV80), then in the south direction till Chamars cremation ground(7R4QJP14). Along the way in the west direction till Rajeev's house (7RP31NF2) which is the starting point.
