संख्या आई०एफ०सी०सी०/2024/155.- अनियमित जमा योजना प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 21) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, वित्त विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या आई०एफ०सी०सी०/2021 /679, दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 2021 और हरियाणा सरकार, न्याय प्रषासन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या का० आ०2/के०अ०21/2019/धा०7/2022, दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2022 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, वित्त एवं योजना विभाग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।
आगे, अनियमित जमा योजना प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 21) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु उसकी सहायता करने के लिए हरियाणा राज्य में जिला स्तर पर पुलिस आयुक्त या पुलिस अधीक्षक, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, और मुख्यालय स्तर पर पुलिस महानिदेषक तथा महानिदेषक, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, को अधिकारियों के रूप में नियुक्त करते है ।

No. IFCC/2024/155.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Central Act 21 of 2019) and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Finance Department, notification No. IFCC/2021/679, dated the 31st December, 2021 and the Haryana Government, Administration of Justice Department, notification No. S.O.2/C.A.21/2019/S.7/2022, dated the 11th February, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Finance and Planning Department as the Competent Authority for the purposes of the said Act.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Central Act 21 of 2019), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the Commissioner of Police or the Superintendent of Police, as the case may be, in the State of Haryana at the district level and the Director General of Police and the Director General, Town and Country Planning Department at the headquarters level as officers to assist the Competent Authority in discharging its functions under the said Act.
