Order
The 21st March, 2024
No. SEC/4E-II/2024/172.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification No. SEC/E-II/2023/280, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Smt. Jyoti as President, Zila Parishad, Panipat, District Panipat under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
2. And whereas Deputy Commissioner-cum-Presiding Officer, Zila Parishad, Panipat vide his letter No. ZPP/2024/1225, dated 21.03.2024 has informed that in a meeting held on 06.03.2024 "No Confidence Motion" has been passed against Smt. Jyoti, President, Zila Parishad, Panipat, District Panipat and the Deputy commissioner- cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Panipat has requested to take action as per rules accordingly.
3. ln view of above, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Jyoti w/o Sh. Pardeep Kumar as President, Zila Parishad Panipat, District Panipat with immediate effect.
