अधिसूचना

दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2024

क्रमांक/870.— चूंकि, हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक परियोजन हेतू निर्माण सड़क ईषरवाल स्याहडवा हिसार सिवानी तोषाम (मिरान से हिसार) तहसील तोषाम जिला भिवानी।

जिसके लिए भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 2013 (2013 के अधिनियम 1 की धारा 11) हरियाणा सरकार लोक निर्माण विभाग भवन एवं मार्ग की सड़क अधिसूचना संख्या 869 दिनांक 08.11.2023 को प्रकाषित की गई थी। इसके द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि नीचे परिक्षेत्र में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि उपयुक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है।

यह घोषणा भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 2013 (2013 के अधिनियम 11) की धारा 19 के साथ पठित भूमि अर्जन पुर्नवासन और पुर्नव्यास्थापन में उचित प्रतिकार और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 24 की उपधारा 11 के खण्ड (क) के उपबंधों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों को जारी की जाती है जिनका इनसे संबंध है।

अतः भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 24 के उपलब्धों के साथ पठित भूमि पुनर्वासन और पुर्नवास्थापन में उचित प्रतिकार और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम 2013 को अधीन भूमि अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माणा विभाग भवन तथा मार्ग शाखा भिवानी को भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेष लेने के लिए आदेष दिया जाता है।

भूमि के नक्षे का निरीक्षण भूमि अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग भवन तथा मार्ग शाखा भिवानी तथा कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, प्रांतीय मण्डल, भिवानी लोक निर्माण विभाग भवन तथा मार्ग शाखा भिवानी के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।

हरियाणा के राज्यपाल के आदेशानुसार

Notification

The 5th April, 2024

No. 870.— Whereas, it appear to the Governor of Haryana that the land is likely to be required to be taken by Government at Public expenses, for a public, namely for the construction and Stg. road from Isherwal Sharwa Hisar Siwani Tosham (Miran to Hisar) road in Tehsil Tosham District Bhiwani.

A notification under section 11 of the land acquisition Act, 2013 has already been published in the Haryana Government Gazette vide No. 869 on dated 08.11.2023 vide notification a declaration made for acquisition of land as specified below.

It is hereby that the land in described in the specification below is required for the aforesaid purpose.

This declaration is made under the provision of section 19 of the land Acquisition Act, 2013 read with section 24 of Land Acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement impartial act 2013 under section 24 sub section 1(i). The Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department, B&R Br., Bhiwani is hereby directed to take orders as per Land Acquisition Act 2013 under section 24 with read the section Land Acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement impartial Act, 2013.

Plans of the land may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch) Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer, Provl. Divn. PWD B&R Br., Bhiwani.
