No. HVS-LA-145/2023/23.— Consequent upon demitting the charge of School Education Minister by Shri Kanwar Pal, the Fact-Finding Committee of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha to investigate the matter of sexual harassment by the then Principal (Mr. Kartar Singh) of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Uchana Mandi (Jind) for the period from 2005 to 2023 of all incidents mentioned/discussed in the House in its sittings on 15.12.2023 and 18.12.2023, is hereby re-constituted comprising of the following Chairman/Members:
