No. GA/3/2024/7759-61.— As per the Government instruction/Authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000- 3JJ(1), dated 14-05-2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following 08 officers as Sector Supervisor for each Legislative Assembly for the purpose of completion of General Election Lok Sabha-2024 to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Faridabad District in public interest. In this context the following Officers should be conferred the powers of Executive Magistrates:-
