No. 14/32/2024-3PH.— Government of Haryana hereby constitutes the District Level Survey Committee (DLSC) for conducting the fresh survey of manual Scavengers / insanitary latrines as per Manual Scavengers Rule 11(2), 11(18) and 11(19) of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (MS Act, 2013)" with the following Composition:-

| 5. | Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad (Rural Area) | Member |
| 6. | Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department (Dealing with sewerage system) | Member |
| 7. | One Representative of Railway Authority | Member |
| 8. | Upto two Representatives of Non-Government organizations working for welfare of manual scavengers and Safai Karmacharis to be nominated by the District Magistrate | Member |
| 9. | Upto two community Representatives of whom one should be a woman to be nominated by the District Magistrate | Member |
