No. BCPH/5748/2024.— It is hereby notified for general information that Sh. Suvir Sidhu, Advocate, Member, Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh has been nominated as Member Bar Council of India by the Chairman, Bar Council of India pursuant to the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana General House resolution dated 20.08.2024 and by virtue of Section 48B r/w Section 7(1)(g) and 4(1)(m) of the Advocates Act, 1961 further read with Rule 32 of Bar Council of India Certificate and Place of Practice (Verification) Rules, 2015 vide order dated 29.08.2024. The same stands ratified by the General Council of the Bar Council of India in the meeting held on 03.09.2024 at New Delhi.
