सं. 434/हरि०-वि०-स0/2024ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबंधो के अनुसरण में तथा अपनी अधिसूचना सं0 434/हरि०-वि०-स0/2024, दिनांक 04 मार्च, 2024 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से, एतदद्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित उपरोक्त अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न तालिका में, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्‌ः- ''स्तंभ 2 में 29 - राई विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि अर्थात ''जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, सोनीपत'' के स्थान पर ''जिला विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी, सोनीपत'' प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

No. 434/HAR-LA/2024:- In pursuance of the provisions of Section (21) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in partial modification of its Notification No. 434/HAR-LA/2024, dated 4th March, 2024, the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State government of Haryana, hereby makes the following amendments in the table annexed to the above notification relating to the appointment of Returning Officers for the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Haryana, namely:-

"The exiting entries, in column (2) against 29-Rai Assembly Constituency, i.e. "District Revenue Officer, Sonipat" shall be substituted by "District Development & Panchayat Officer, Sonipat."
