अधिसूचना
सं.429/हरि०-वि०-स0/2024ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13 बी की उप-धारा (1) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में तथा अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 429/हरि०-वि०-स0/2024, दिनांक 04.03.2024 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से, हरियाणा राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी की नियुक्ति से संबंधित उक्त अधिसूचना में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है. अर्थात्ः- स्तंभ 2 में 29-राई विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि अर्थात ''जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, सोनीपत'' के स्थान पर ''जिला विकास एंव पंचायत अधिकारी, सोनीपत'' प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
No. 429/HAR-LA/2024:- In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 13 B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in partial modification of its notification no. 429/HAR-LA/2024, dated 04.03.2024, the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the government of Haryana State, hereby makes the following amendments in the table, annexed to the above notification, relating to appointment of the Electoral Registration Officers for the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Haryana, namely:-
(a) The exiting entries, in column (2) against 29-Rai Assembly Constituency, i.e. "District Revenue Officer, Sonipat" shall be substituted by "District Development & Panchayat Officer, Sonipat".
