अधिसूचना

दिनांक 10 सितम्बर, 2024

संख्या 2426.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत है कि निम्नलिखित भूमि के संदर्भ में, जिसके लिए भूमि अर्जन पुनर्वास एवं पुनस्र्थापन में उचित प्रतिकार और पारदर्षिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 11(1) की अधिसूचना हरियाणा सरकार के गजट में अधिसूचना दिनांक 27.02.2024 को जारी की गई है, के अनुरूप गाँव ढाणी जाटान, तहसील ऐलनाबाद जिला सिरसा में पक्का रोड नामतः सिरसा से ऐलनाबाद रोड के लिए सार्वजनिक उद्‌ेष्य हेतू भूमि सरकार द्वारा ली जानी अपेक्षित है।

एतद द्वारा घोषित किया जाता है कि निम्नलिखित नम्बर खसरा में से भूमि उपरोक्त उद्‌ेष्य के लिए ली जानी अपेक्षित है। इस संदर्भ में भूमि अधिग्रहण करने के लिए माननीय न्यायालय अतिरिक्त जिला जज, सिरसा यूआईडी नं० एच.आर.-0236 दिनांक 10.04.2023.

यह उदघोषणा उन सभी हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों के लिए जो इससे सम्बन्धित है की जानकारी हेतू भूमि अर्जन पुनर्वास एवं पुनस्र्थापन में उचित प्रतिकार और पारदर्षिता अधिकार, 2013 की धारा-19 के प्रावधानों के तहत की गई है। जिसके तहत भूमि तत्काल अधिग्रहण की जानी अपेक्षित है।

उपरोक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अधीन भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर, लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन तथा मार्ग), हिसार को एतद द्वारा उपरोक्त भूमि के अधिग्रहण करने का आदेष दिया जाता है। भूमि के नक्षों का निरीक्षण, भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर, लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन तथा मार्ग), हिसार या कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, प्रान्तीय मण्डल नं० 2, लोक निर्माण विभाग, भवन एवं मार्ग शाखा, सिरसा के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस को किया जा सकता है।

No. 2426.— As the Governor of Haryana is pleased that in reference to the following land, for which proper compensation and transparency right Act 2013 in the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013 notification of Section 11(1) in the Grazettee of the Government of Haryana Published on dated 27.02.2024, the land is required to be taken by the Government of Public purpose namely Sirsa to Ellenabad road in Village Dhani Jattan, Tehsil Ellenabad, District Sirsa.

This is hereby declared that out of the following Khasra numbers, land is required to be taken for the above purpose. In this context, the order of the Hon'ble Court of Additional District Judge, Sirsa (UID No. HR0236) dated 10.04.2023.

This declaration is for all those persons who are related to it, for the purpose of land acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement has been made under the provisions of Section 19 of the Fair Compensation and Transparency Right Act, 2013 under which land is required to be acquired immediately.

Under the provisions of the above Act, Land Acquisition Collector Public Works Department (Building and Road), Hisar is hereby ordered to acquire the above land Inspection of maps of the land can be done on any working day in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, PWD B&R, Hisar or Executive Engineer, Provincial Division No. II, PWD B&R Br., Sirsa.
