No. GA/3/2024/10168-10170.— As per the Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14-05-2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal procedure 1973, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following 05 officers as Special Executive Magistrates to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Faridabad District upto end of Legislative Assembly Election-2024 in public interest:-
