No. 156 Gaz-I/VI.F.9.— Consequent upon Haryana Government's Notifications No. G.S.R.20/Const./ Art.309/2010, dated 15.07.2010 and No.5/17/1998-2PR(FD), dated 12.05.2023 and in partial modification to this Court's earlier Notification No. 204 Gaz-I/VI.F.9, dated 07.12.2021, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to grant Selection Grade to the following members of Haryana Superior Judicial Service with effect from the dates mentioned against their names :-

3. Sh. Jag Bhushan Gupta [Retired on superannuation on 31.08.2021] 03.04.2016 onwards Against the vacancy available due to grant of Super Time Scale to Sh.Harnam Singh Thakur w.e.f. 01.04.2016.
4. Dr. Virender Parshad 01.06.2016 onwards Against the vacancy available due to grant of Super Time Scale to Ms.Ritu Tagore (now Hon'ble Judge of this Court) w.e.f. 01.06.2016.
5. Sh. Sanjay Kumar Khanduja [Retired voluntarily from service vide Haryana Govt. notification dated 02.05.2022] 01.01.2017 onwards Against the vacancy available due to grant of Super Time Scale to Sh. A.S. Narang w.e.f. 01.01.2017.
6. Ms. Ritu Y.K. Behl 01.12.2017 onwards Against the vacancy of Sh.Krishan Kumar, Selection Grade holder officer, retired on 30.11.2017.
