GA/3/2024/9944-46 dated 30-08-2024, GA/3/2024/10049-50 dated 05-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10066-68 dated 06-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10075-77 dated 06-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10095-97 dated 10-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10098-100 dated 10-09-2024, GA/3/2024/ 10122-24 dated 11-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10168-70 dated 12-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10182-84 dated 13-09-2024, GA/3/ 2024/10217-19 dated 16-09-2024, GA/3/2024/10234-36 dated 18-09-2024 and GA/3/2024/10253-55 dated 18-09-2024, the words "sub-section (1) section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973" wherever mentioned may be read as "sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023".
