No. GA/3/2024/10350-52.— As per the Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14-05-2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, now sub-section (1) of Section 14 of Bhartiya Nagrik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following 5 officers as Special Executive Magistrates to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Faridabad District upto end of Legislative Assembly Election- 2024 in public interest:-
