No. GA/3/2024/10353-55.— As per the Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14-05-2018 and In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal procedure 1973, now sub-section (1) of Section 14 of Bhartiya Nagrik Surakasha Sanhita, 2023, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following 5 officers as Special Executive Magistrates for 6 months i.e. from 27-09-2024 to 26-03-2025, to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Nuh District in public interest:-
