संख्या 23/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर (संषोधन) अध्यादेष, 2024 (2024 का 6) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा,-
(क) प्रथम अक्तूबर, 2024 को, ऐसी तिथि के रुप में नियत करते हैं, जिसको उक्त अध्यादेष की धारा 34 के उपबंध लागू होंगे; तथा
(ख) प्रथम अप्रैल, 2025 को, ऐसी तिथि के रुप में नियत करते हैं, जिसको उक्त अध्यादेष की धारा 2 तथा 9 के उपबंध लागू होंगे।

Notification
The 30th September, 2024
No. 23/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (6 of 2024), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints,-
(a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 34 of the said Ordinance shall come into force; and
(b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 9 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
