क्रमांक 1119/8-W.— चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट छुट्‌टी हुई भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी खर्चे पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए, निर्माण सिवाड़ा तालु लिंक डे्रन की बुर्जी नं. 17523 से 17919 बुर्जी तक जो कि बुर्जी नं. 42851 दाएं सैमाण धनाना लिंक डे्रन में गिरती है गांव पुर तहसील बवानी खेड़ा जिला भिवानी के लिए विनिर्देष में वर्णित भूमि उपर्युक्त परियोजना के लिए अपेक्षित है।

यह अधिसूचना भूमि अर्जन अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 11(1) के तहत उन सभी को सूचना हेतू जारी की जाती है।

उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इस उपक्रम में इस समय लगे लोक निर्माण सिंचाई विभाग, हरियाणा के अधिकारियों व उनके कर्मचारियों व कामगारों सहित इस स्थान की भूमि में प्रवेष करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उक्त धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात सभी अन्य कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अधिकृत करते है। कोई भी इच्छुक व्यक्ति जिसे भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतू किसी किस्म की आपति है तो यह अधिसूचना जारी होने के 60 दिन के अदंर भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी, लोक निर्माण विभाग, (सिंचाई शाखा), भिवानी में लिखित रूप में अपनी आपतियाँ दाखिल कर सकते है।भूमि के नक्षे का निरीक्षण, भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी, लोक निर्माण विभाग, (सिंचाई शाखा), भिवानी एवं कार्यकारी अभियन्ता भिवानी जल सेवाएं मण्डल, भिवानी के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता हैं। (702) PART I] HARYANA GOVT. Declaration

No.1119/8-W.— Whereas it appears to Governor of Haryana that the leftover land specified below is needed urgently to the Government at the public expenses for a public purpose namely land documents U/S-11(1) extra land to be acquired for construction of Siwara Talu Link Drain from RD 17523 to 17919 outfall at RD 42851-R Saman Dhanana Link Drain of village Pur (Leftover) Land Tehsil Bawani Khera District Bhiwani.

It is hereby notified that the leftover land in the area described below is required for the above purpose. This notification is made under the provisions of Section 11(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 for the information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the power conferred by the aforesaid section the Governor of Haryana hereby authorized the officers of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area to allow other acts requires or permitted by the section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may within a period of 60 days of the publication of this notification in the official gazette, file an objection in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, Irrigation Branch Bhiwani.

The plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector Irrigation Branch Bhiwani and Executive Engineer, Bhiwani Water Services Division, Bhiwani.
