Notification
The 10th October, 2024
No. HSWC/EA-10/2024/25688.— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 42 of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (Central Act 58 of 1962), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and with the previous sanction of the State Government, the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation (Officers and Staff) Regulations, 1994 namely:
1. These regulations may be called the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation (Officers & Staff) Amendment Regulations, 2019.
2. In the said regulations in regulation 8 (I) (a) (i) & in Note below 8(I) (a) (iii), Manager (Accounts) will be substituted with Financial Advisor.
3. In the said regulations in regulation 8(I) (e) existing heading will be substituted with "in the case of Financial Advisor".
4. In the said regulations, in Appendix - A of regulation-3.
(A) Exiting entries against Sr. No. 5 under column No. 2 & 5 respectively shall be substituted with the following entry:-

संख्या ह0रा0भ0नि0/ई0ए0-10/2024/25688.— भाण्डागार निगम अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 58) की धारा 42 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा राज्य सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति से हरियाणा राज्य भाण्डागार निगम, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज्य भाण्डागार निगम (अधिकारी और अमला) विनियम 1994 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः- 1. ये विनियम हरियाणा राज्य भाण्डागार निगम (अधिकारी और अमला) संषोधन विनियम, 2019 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. विनियमन विनियमों में, विनियम 8 (I) (क) (i) एवं 8 (I) (क) (iii) के नीचे नोट में प्रबन्धक (लेखा) के स्थान पर ''वित्तीय सलाहकार'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
3. विनियमन 8 (I) (क) (i) में उल्लिखित नियमों में मौजूदा हेडिंग के स्थान पर ''वित्तीय सलाहकार के मामले में'' को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
4. उक्त विनियमों में, परिषिष्ट ''क'' के विनियम 3 :-
(क) क्रम संख्या 5 खाना 2 एवं 3 में निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जायेंगी, अर्थात्ः-

5. उक्त विनियमों में, परिशिष्ट ''ख'' के विनियम 6 में :-
(क) क्रम संख्या 5 खाना 2 में मौजूदा प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जायेंगी, अर्थात्ः-

6. उक्त विनियमों में, परिषिष्ट ''ग'' के विनियम 15 में :-
