संख्या 23/02/2024-4IB-I.— हरियाणा सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रीकरण तथा विनियमन अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 का 1) की धारा 87 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रीकरण तथा विनियमन नियम, 2012 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रीकरण तथा विनियमन (संशोधन) नियम, 2024, को कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रीकरण तथा विनियमन नियम, 2012 में, नियम 8 में, उप-नियम (1) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
"(1) प्रत्येक विद्यमान सोसायटी, परिशिष्ट-। में अंतर्विष्ट फीस की अनुसूची में दी हुई फीस के भुगतान पर, प्रारूप-VI में नई रजिस्ट्रीकरण संख्या के आबंटन के लिए जिला रजिस्ट्रार को आवेदन करेगी तथा जिला रजिस्ट्रार के सम्मुख प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले अपेक्षित दस्तावेजों के साथ-साथ शासकीय निकाय द्वारा विधिवत प्राधि—त पदाधिकारी से इस आशय का प्रमाणपत्र भी प्रस्तुत करेगी कि सोसायटी का ज्ञापन तथा उपविधियां अधिनियम तथा आदर्श उपविधियों के उपबन्धों के अनुरूप है।"

Notification

No. 23/02/2024-4IB-I.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (1 of 2012), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Rules, 2012, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies (Amendment) Rules, 2024. 2. In the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Rules, 2012 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 8, for sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be substituted namely:-
"(1) Every existing Society shall apply to the District Registrar for allotment of a new registration number in Form-VI on payment of fee set out in the Schedule of fees contained in Appendix-I. The Society shall file application and submit the requisite documents alongwith a certificate from the office bearer duly authorized by the Governing Body to the effect that the Memorandum and the Byelaws of the Society, as being presented before the District Registrar, conform to the provisions of the Act and the model bye-laws".
