क्रमांक नंबर . 1713/1-L.— क्योंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की संतुष्टि हो गई है कि नीचे वर्णित भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी खर्च पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ नामतः बुर्जी संख्या 14000' से 15000' के बीच पर अम्बाला ड्रेन के लिए आवश्यक है उस भूमि को अर्जित करने, जो कि गाँव – सुब्बा अकबरपुर तहसील अम्बाला शहर जिला अम्बाला के अनाधिसूचित क्षेत्र के निर्माण के लिए भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है।

यह अधिसूचना, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम (2013 का नं० 30) (अधिनियम 2013 के अनुसार) 2013 की धारा 11 (1) के उपबन्धों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है।

उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस समय, कार्य में लगे हुए अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों को अपने सेवकों सहित परिक्षेत्र में वर्णित भूमि पर प्रवेश तथा सर्वेक्षण करने तथा इस धारा के द्वारा अपेक्षित अनुज्ञान किसी अन्यः कार्य करने के लिए प्राधि—त है।

कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उपरोक्त परिक्षेत्र में किसी भूमि अर्जन करने पर कोई आक्षेप हो, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि के 60 दिन के भीतर, तो अपने आक्षेप लिखित रूप से अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 15 (1) के अधीन भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर लोक निर्माण विभाग, (सिंचाई), अम्बाला के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है।

भूमि के नक्शों का निरीक्षण भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर लोक निर्माण विभाग, (सिंचाई), अम्बाला या कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, सतलुज यमुना लिंक मण्डल, अम्बाला के कार्यलय में किया जा सकता है।

The 21st October, 2024

No. 1713/1-L.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed by the Government at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely for Ambala Drain in between RD 14000' to 15000' for Acquiring 02K-01M Un-acquired land in the area as mentioned below of village Subba Akbarpur, Tehsil Ambala City and District Ambala.

It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of Section-11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as the Act of 2013) for the information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the power conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required to permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality may, within a period of sixty days of publication of this notification, file objection under section 15 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, P.W.D., I.B., Ambala.

The plan of the land all other details may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, P.W.D., I.B. Ambala or Executive Engineer SYL Water Services Division Ambala on any working day.
