संख्या 12/23/2004-2एचजी-4.— मानव अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1993 (1994 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 10) की धारा 21 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, निम्नलिखित को उन्हे अपने पद ग्रहण करने की तिथि से उक्त अधिनिमय के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा सौंपे गए कृत्यों को करने के लिए हरियाणा राज्य मानव अधिकार आयोग के अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. मननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री ललित बतरा, न्यायाधीष (सेवानिवृत्त) अध्यक्ष
पंजाब तथा हरियाणा, उच्च न्यायलय
सदस्य
2. श्री कुलदीप जैन,
जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीष (सेवानिवृत्त)
सदस्य
3. श्री दीप भाटिया, अधिवक्ता

No. 12/23/2004-2HG-IV.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 21 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (Central Act 10 of 1994), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the following as Chairperson and Members of the Haryana State Human Rights Commission, with effect from the date they assume charge of their office, to exercise the powers conferred upon and to perform the functions assigned to them under the said Act, namely:-
1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Lalit Batra, Chairperson
(Retired), Punjab and Haryana High Court
2. Mr. Kuldip Jain, Member
District and Sessions Judge (Retired)
3. Mr. Deep Bhatia, Advocate Member
