संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए0आर0.- हरियाणा सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2014 (2014 का 4) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, आयोग की सिफारिषों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, सामान्य प्रषासन विभाग (प्रषासकीय सुधार), अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए.आर., दिनांक 13 अक्तूबर, 2023 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

संषोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, सामान्य प्रषासन विभाग (प्रषासकीय सुधार), अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए0आर0, दिनांक 13 अक्तूबर, 2023 में, अनुसूची में;-

(i) क्रम संख्या 07 के सामने, खाना 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 तथा 7 के नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा;

(ii) क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने, खाना 4 के नीचे, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

(iii) क्रम संख्या 11 के सामने, खाना 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 तथा 7 के नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा;

(iv) क्रम संख्या 16 के सामने, खाना 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 तथा 7 के नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा;

(v) क्रम संख्या 21 के सामने, खाना 4 तथा 6 के नीचे, ''30 दिन'' तथा ''मुख्य उद्योग समन्वयक एवं विभागाध्यक्ष (सम्पदा)'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, क्रमष ''15 दिन'' तथा ''विभागाध्यक्ष (सम्पदा)'' प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी;

(vi) क्रम संख्या 22 के सामने, खाना 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 तथा 7 के नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा;

(EXTRA.), DEC. 6, 2024 (AGHN. 15, 1946 SAKA) (vii) क्रम संख्या 24 के सामने, खाना 4 तथा 6 के नीचे, ''30 दिन'' तथा ''मुख्य उद्योग समन्वयक एवं विभागाध्यक्ष (सम्पदा)'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, क्रमष ''45 दिन'' तथा ''विभागाध्यक्ष (सम्पदा)'' प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी;

(viii) क्रम संख्या 27 के सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, खाना 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 तथा 7 के नीचे, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं तथा उनके सामने प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी, अर्थात;-

विवेक जोषी, मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार।

Notification

The 6th December, 2024

No.7/31/2014-3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 (4 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Commission, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Governnment, General Administration Department (Administrative Reforms), notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 13th October, 2023, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, General Administration Department (Administrative Reforms), notification No. 7/314/2014-3AR, dated the 13th October, 2023, in the Schedule;

(i) against serial number 7, existing entries under coloumns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be omitted;

(ii) against serial number 9, under column 4, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

(iii) against serial number 11, existing entries under coloumns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be omitted;

(iv) against serial number 16, existing entries under coloumns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be omitted;

(v) against serial number 21, under coloumns 4 and 6, for entries "30 days"and "CCI-cum-HoD (Estate)" the entries "15 days"and "HoD (Estate)" shall respectively be substituted;

(vi) against serial number 22, existing entries under coloumns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be omitted;

(vii) against serial number 24, under coloumns 4 and 6, for entries "30 days"and "CCI-cum-HoD (Estate)" the entries "45 days" and "HoD (Estate)" shall respectively be substituted;

(viii) after serial number 27 and entries thereagainst, under columns 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the following serial numbers and entries thereagainst shall be added, namely:-
