संख्या 9/148/2024-4क ाा .- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 257 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) और (ग) तथा उप-धारा (7) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग के परामर्ष से बनाने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं तथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 257 की उपधारा (5) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित इससे प्रभावित होने वाले सम्भाव्य व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए, इसके द्वारा, प्रकाषित किया जाता है। इसके द्वारा यह नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से सात दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या उसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार, नियमों के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों के साथ, यदि कोई हो, जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा नियमों के प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार करेगी।
प्रारूप नियम
1. ये नियम हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन (संषोधन) नियम, 2024 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 5 के खण्ड (i) में, ''पिछड़े वर्गो 'क' '' षब्द के बाद, '',पिछड़े वर्गो 'ख' '' चिह्न, षब्द तथा वर्णाक्षर रखे जाएंगे।
3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 7 के खण्ड (ग) में, ''तथा पिछड़े वर्गो 'क' '' षब्दों, चिह्न तथा वर्णाक्षर के स्थान पर, '',पिछड़े वर्गो 'क' तथा पिछड़े वर्गो 'ख' '' चिह्न, षब्द तथा वर्णाक्षर प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

No. 9/148/2024-4CII.— The following draft of rules further to amend the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (7) of section 257 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in consultation with State Election Commission, is hereby published as required under sub-section (5) of section 257 of the said Act, for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of the rules shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of a period of Seven days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department, from any person in respect of the draft of rules before the expiry of the period so specified.
DRAFT RULES
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
2. In the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, (hereinafter called the said rules), in clause (i) of rule 5, after the words alphabet and signs "Backward Classes 'A' ", the words, alphabet and signs ", Backward Classes 'B' " shall be inserted.
3. In the said rules, in clause (c) of rule 7, for the words alphabet and signs "and Backward Classes 'A' ", the words, alphabet and signs ",Backward Classes 'A' and Backward Classes 'B' " shall be substituted.
