संख्या 2/18/2024-5JJ(1).— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 46) की धारा 265 की उप-धारा (3) के द्वितीय परन्तुक, धारा 266 की उप-धारा (2) के द्वितीय परन्तुक तथा धारा 308 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई तालिका के खाना 2 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट उनकी श्रेणियों के अनुसार श्रव्य-दृष्य इलैक्ट्रानिक साधनों द्वारा साक्षियों की परीक्षा के प्रयोजनों हेतु उक्त तालिका के खाना 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानों को अभिहित स्थान के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

| 1. | पीड़ित/षिकायतकर्ता/घायल/प्रत्यक्षदर्षी साक्षी इत्यादि हेतु | (क) जिला न्यायालयों और उसके उप-मण्डलीय न्यायालयों के सभी न्यायालय कक्ष तथा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ख) उपायुक्तों/जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों और उप-मण्डल मजिस्ट्रेटों के कार्यालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ग) सचिव, राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, के कार्यालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (घ) सभी जिलों में मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (कानूनी सहायता) के कार्यालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ड.) सिविल सचिवालय और लघु सचिवालय हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष। |

| 3. | अभियुक्त व्यक्तियों/प्रतिरक्षा साक्षियों हेतु | (क) जिला न्यायालयों और उसके उप-मण्डलीय न्यायालयों के सभी न्यायालय कक्ष तथा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ख) हरियाणा राज्य की सभी कारागारों में स्थापित किए गए वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष। |
| 4. | केवल विषेषज्ञ साक्षियों हेतु | (क) जिला न्यायालयों और उसके उप-मण्डलीय न्यायालयों के सभी न्यायालय कक्ष तथा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ख) अस्पतालों अर्थात् स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, रोहतक, महानिदेषक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, सभी सिविल अस्पताल, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र तथा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ग) न्यायालयिक प्रयोगशाला, मधुबन, करनाल तथा इसके क्षेत्रीय केन्द्रों में स्थापित किए गए वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (घ) उपायुक्तों/जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों और उप-मण्डल मजिस्ट्रेटों के कार्यालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष। |
| 5. | केवल महिलाओं तथा बालक साक्षियों हेतु | महिला उद्धार गृह, संरक्षण गृह, आश्रम गृह, नारी निकेतन, पर्यवेक्षण गृह, विशेष गृह, बाल गृह या महिला सुविधा या बाल सुविधा, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, के रूप में निर्दिष्ट कोई अन्य संस्था और जहां अपेक्षित व्यक्ति कोई किषोर है या बालक है या कोई व्यक्ति जो ऐसी बाल सुविधा का निवासी है। |
| 6. | केवल अन्य षासकीय साक्षियों हेतु | (क) जिला न्यायालयों और उसके उप-मण्डलीय न्यायालयों के सभी न्यायालय कक्ष तथा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ख) उपायुक्तों/जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों और उप-मण्डल मजिस्ट्रेटों के कार्यालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (ग) सभी जिलों में मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट (कानूनी सहायता) के कार्यालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष; (घ) सिविल सचिवालय तथा लघु सचिवालय हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग कक्ष। |

The 7th December, 2024
No. 2/18/2024-5JJ(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred under the second proviso to sub-section (3) of section 265, second proviso to sub-section (2) of section 266 and section 308 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), the Governor of Haryana hereby notify the following places as specified in column 3 to be the designated place for the purposes of examination of witnesses as per their category as specified in column 2 by audio video means in the table given below, namely:-

(c) Video conferencing rooms established at Forensic Science Laboratory, Madhuban, Karnal and its Regional Centres; (d) Video conferencing rooms in the office of Deputy Commissioners/ District Magistrates and Sub-Division Magistrates. |
| 5. | For women and child witnesses only | Women's Rescue Homes, Protection Homes, Shelter Home, Nari Niketan, Observation Home, Special Home, Children's Home or any institution referred to as a women's facility or child facility, as the case may be, and where the required person is a juvenile or a child or a person who is an inmate of such child facility. |
