Notification
The 9th December, 2024
No. SEC/4E-II/2024/1126.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana vide its notification No. SEC/E-II/2023/280, dated 21.01.2023 had notified the name of Sh. Karambir Singh S/o Sh. Bhag Singh, Vice-President, Zila Parishad, Kaithal under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.
2. And whereas the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Kaithal vide his letter No. 7014/Panchayat, dated 28.11.2024 has informed that Sh. Karambir Singh S/o Sh. Bhag Singh, Vice-President, Zila Parishad submitted his resignation from the post of Vice-President, Zila Parishad, Kaithal since he has been elected as President, Zila Parishad, Kaithal on 30.10.2024. He has requested to de-notify his name accordingly.
3. In view of the above, the State Election Commission, Haryana, hereby denotifies the name of Sh. Karambir Singh S/o Sh. Bhag Singh, Vice-President, Zila Parishad, Kaithal with immediate effect.
