संख्या 22/ 01 / 2024-41B1.- हरियाणा उद्यम प्रोन्नति अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 6) की धारा 17 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल , इसके द्वारा , हरियाणा उद्यम प्रोन्नति नियम, 2016 को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्ः
1. ये नियम हरियाणा उद्यम प्रोन्नति (संशोधन) नियम, 2024 कहे जा सकते हैं ।
2. हरियाणा उद्यम प्रोन्नति नियम, 2016 में:--
(i) नियम 4 में, उप- नियम (7) में, "10 करोड़ अंकों तथा शब्द के स्थान पर, " 15 करोड़" अंक तथा शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे:
नियम 7 में :-
(ii)
(क) उप-नियम (5) में , " 10 करोड़" अंकों तथा शब्द के स्थान पर, " 15 करोड़" अंक तथा शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे:
(ख) उप- नियम (7) में, " 10 करोड़ " अंकों तथा शब्द के स्थान पर , " 15 करोड़ " अंक तथा शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

No. 22/ 01 /2024-4IB- 1.- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 17 of the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016 (6 of 2016 ) , the Governor of Haryana hereby make the following rules further to amend the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Rules , 2016 , namely: -
These rules may be called the Haryana Enterprises Promotion (Amendment) Rules , 2024 . 1.
2. In the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Rules , 2016 , -
i. In rule 4 , in sub- rule (7) , for the figure and word " 10 crore " , the figure and word " 15 crore" shall be substituted.
ii. In rule 7, -
(a) In sub - rule (5) , for the figure and word " 10 crore " , the figure and word " 15 crore " shall be substituted .
(b) In sub - rule (7) , for the figure and word " 10 crore " , the figure and word " 15 crore " shall be substituted .
