Bhalla (Retd.), Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Haryana, in exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee (Delimitation of Wards and Election) Rules, 2023, hereby modify the notification No. CGEH/08/2023/161, dated 17th August, 2023 and appoint/designate Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Nilokheri as Returning Officer for ward No.16-Nilokheri of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee in place of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Indri.
