The 16th December, 2024
No. 20/01/2022-4IB-I.— In pursuance to the provisions contained under "Capital Subsidy Scheme" for manufacturing Electric Vehicle (BEC/FCEV), Major Components of EVs, batteries for EVs, manufacturer of charging infrastructure as notified vide no. 20/01/2022-4IB-I dated 03.11.2022, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to revise the following Annexures:
1. Annexure-I- Application format for claiming Capital Subsidy Scheme
2. Annexure-II- Declaration (on non-judicial stamp paper of INR 50 duly notarized)
3. Annexure-III- Certificate from Chartered Accountant regarding investment in plant & machinery 4. Annexure-IIIA- Certificate from Chartered Accountant regarding investment in plant & machinery The above said Annexures are enclosed herewith.

Declaration (on non-judicial stamp paper of INR 50 duly notarized)
