No. CGEH/12/2024/258.— The Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, has informed vide his memo No. 856/MB-2 dated 17.12.2024, that Joint Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad was designated as Returning Officer for conducting the election of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee as a Returning Officer for ward No. 40-Faridabad and Mrs. Gauri Midha was Joint Chief Executive Officer at that time. Now, Mrs. Gauri Midha has been designated as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad and has requested to make necessary changes in the list of Returning Officers.
2. In view of above, I, Justice H.S. Bhalla (Retd.), Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections, Haryana, in exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8 of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee (Delimitation of Wards and Election) Rules, 2023, hereby modify the notification No. CGEH/08/2023/161, dated 17th August, 2023 and appoint/designate Additional Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad in place of Joint Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, as Returning Officer for ward No. 40-Faridabad of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Management Committee.
